Supersized developed by Sam Dunn is a jQuery plugin that automatically sizes (background) images to the size of the browser and runs them as a slideshow. It is lightweight and plays nice with all browsers. It resizes images to fill browser while maintaining image dimension ratio. There’s no extra whitespace, no scrollbars – the entire browser window is always filled. It’s compatible in Firefox, Safari, Opera, IE7, and IE6. It’s able to cycle through images/backgrounds via slideshow.

It’s very easy to install if you are familiar with jQuery. Even if you have never used jQuery before, there will be no problem to install it. Just follow the instruction which Sam wrote here and you will see the very beautiful slideshow.
